1.Which among the standards for students do you practice the least? Why?

• Creativity and innovation because Innovating and being creative allows us to better understand
concepts. By utilizing a creative, experimental method of teaching, schools develop thinkers who are
able to use their own strengths to explore their varied interests. Innovation in education encourages
students and teachers to research, explore, and use all the tools to uncover something new. It also
improves education because it compels students to use a higher level of thinking to solve complex
problems. Creativity motivates us to learn. When we focused on a creative goal, we become more
absorbed in the learning and more driven to acquire the skills we need to accomplish.

2. What intended actions will you do to meet the said standard/s?

•Taking small steps to accomplish this goal is the way to go, but there needs to be support and
encouragement. Taking risks and sometimes even looking at failure as “fuel for innovation” can help
promote this process. If something does not work, we can learn from it, and then modify and try again.
