Fernando, Bislig City, do hereby APPOINT my brother, MELMAR YAP DUMARAN,
of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. 76-A, Bucana, Davao City, as my true
and legal representative to act in my name and stead and to perform the following act/s:

1. To transact, receive, and sign for me for the processing of my PRC License at
the Professional Regulation Commission Office in Davao City.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to execute and perform every act or thing lawfully done hereunder and
within the powers herein stated necessary to render effective the special power
granted in this instrument, as though I myself has so performed it, and HEREBY
