AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE
LANDHOLDINGS OF VENDOR

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ABCDE FGHIJ KLMNO, Filipino, of legal age and a

resident of Bislig City, Surigao del Sur after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I own only an aggregate landholding in the whole

country an area not more than five (5) hectares, to
include that area covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na
Titulo Blg. 20122322 situated at Tokwa, Poblacion,
Manoto City, Surigao del Sur, which parcel of land I
sold to the Local Government Unit of Bislig City.

2. I own no other land except the land above-stated.

3. This affidavit is executed by me in compliance with

DAR Memo No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as other laws
and guidelines for the implementation of the DAR
program and to further state that I only own an area of
not more than Five (5) hectares.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have here unto set my hand this
