Highlights of ONE Successful Ad or P.R

Campaign executed by the agency:
McDonald's specially designed packaging that helps address a problem
experienced by people with limited upper limb mobility in their daily
lives is highlighted in a film by the creative firm DDB Mudra.
The goal of the creative brief, according to Arvind RP, director of
marketing and communications at McDonald's India, was to "bring the
inclusiveness pledge alive by portraying a memorable moment in a kid's
life."
In the movie, a young person tries to do several enjoyable tasks with just
one hand but finds it difficult to succeed. The next scene shows him
bringing two hamburgers to his pal, who is missing both upper limbs.
One burger is packaged normally, and the other is packaged EatQual.
The movie depicts them both enjoying their lunches in good spirits, with
the friend handling the EatQual packing with ease.
While the concept of a pack that enables persons with restricted upper
limb mobility to enjoy their burgers with dignity is not a life-changing
one, it is an important one, according to Pallavi Chakravarti, creative
head of DDB Mudra West. Because this seemingly insignificant change
improves a situation that most of us take for granted. And it comfortably
puts a pleasure that was previously out of reach in the hands of some of
us. The little things most often make a big difference in levelling the
playing field for all of us.
The EatQual packaging for their burgers was introduced because
McDonald's realised that persons with upper limb movement find it
difficult to enjoy various food items.
"This start signified a move to promote extent by the brand, where the
bundle is offered throughout our stores, approachable to anybody the
one needs it," Arvind responds.
The goal, according to Arvind, is to "longer the EatQual floor to initiate
substantial measures aimed at promoting addition debating different
aforementioned stereotypes," even though McDonald's is working to
make its coffee shops more welcoming.
