situations?

People do sports or physical activities such


as surfing and climbing. Doing physical activity can promote your
mental health and body. When someone has a hobby of surfing,
he would enjoy this activity and it’s a way that can relax your
mind in your free time. But you need to give yourself some time
to do this activity in the sea. For some people, they want to
participate in competitions to show their skills. Not every physical
activity is easy, we need to learn to be able to surf in the water
and some people enjoy doing this as a fun activity. Some would
love climbing but it seems hard for people who don’t like it. When
you enjoy climbing, you wouldn't think it is a tiring sport. Climbing
needs effort to get the top and you would get a healthy body. The
main thing is that you have an interest in doing these sports so
you are active every time you do the physical activities.
