SPORTS
What sport do you like?
• Swimming , swimming is the propulsion of body through the water by
combined arm and legs motions and natural flotation of the body. It
reduces our body stress and I love being outside in summer, it is also
a team or individual sport and mainly it is a life skill.
What are the benefits of your sports?
• Swimming is always a lifelong love of exercise. It improves
coordination and balance also flexibility . It increase confidents and
social skill . It reduce drowning risk and provide them with skills
that may one day save a life.
Why is participant in sports is important for
us?
• Playing sports help you stay in shape, and also it teaches you how to
organize your time. It is important to participant in sport so that we
can build our confidence and it helps maintain the mental health. It
also develops teamwork. It is a key to find a balance on both studies
and sports.
Whether sports can play be done by normal
people? What about people with disabilities?
• Everybody can play sports. People with disabilities take some simple
adaptation to the equipment they already have could be enough.
Parasport are sports played by people with a disability , For example;
for football players who are wheelchair users specially adapted chairs
are used to engage in game.
How does the world make people with disabilities
feel that they have equal rights in sport?
• The US government had created special game for peoples with
disabilities (called Parasports).They provide specific equipment to
engage the players. They provide good trainings and equal rights to
the people with disabilities. They allows participation of all peoples
equally.
