Finding Description
1. The door sill has corroded and dented
2. The front sill sill has corroded, porous, dented and torn
3. The cross member has corroded and porous
4. Broken hinges on right and left door
5. The bottom door frame has corroded and porous
6. The door gasket (left door) has broken
7. Roof panel has corroded, many hole and concave
8. The Wooden Floor has damaged and rotten due to rain from the leaking roof

Recommendation Repair Method

1. Provide WPS, Drawing, Material certificate and Welder certified before repair
2. Repair the door sill that has dented
3. Replace the front sill with the thick plate according to the original
4. After repair should be perform NDT before load test
5. Ensure that the load tests are carried out in accordance with correct procedures and standards according to the BP requirements
6. After load test should be perform NDT on the Lifting points and repaired welds
7. Replace the cross member with the thick plate according to the original
8. Repair the broken hinge with replace the pin inside
9. Replace the bottom door frame that has been porous with the thick plate according to the original
10. Repair the door gasket has broken
11. Roof panel should be replace with new roof panel
12. Ensure the new roof panel installed correctly (no convex or concave)
13. Perform leak test on the roof panel after replaced
14. Ensure roof ID Marking are installed correctly
15. The Wooden floor has damaged and rotten must be replaced with new wooden floor (according to ISO Container Standard)

2. BS ISO 1496-1:2013 - Series 1 freight containers — Specification and testing, Part 1: General cargo containers for general purposes
