Naukasana or Boat Pose
Naukasana comes from the two Sanskrit words 'nauka' which means 'boat' and 'asana'
meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. It is a posture in which our body takes the shape of a boat.
Naukasana is one of the few yoga poses that can be performed lying both on the stomach
(prone position) and back (supine position).
Shirsasana Or Headstand
‘Sirsha’ means ‘head’ and ‘asana’ means ‘posture’, so Sirsasana is an asana that is done on
the head. The Sirsasana or Headstand Pose is called the king of all asanas as it is a pose that
involves balance on the head/crown. This is an advanced yoga asana that must only be
attempted under the guidance of a yoga instructor.
This asana is very popular due to its multiple health benefits. It speeds up the blood circulation
and ensures that the brain receives sufficient, well-oxygenated blood.
Respected Sir,
It's been so good while learning with you Sir. I honestly admit that whatever I
am learning in that 1 Hour session is really can't make it worth it even if we pay
for it.
Adding to it, Sir your classes are not just limited to knowledge regarding the
syllabus but also give motivation, inspiration and kept us encouraging to move
forward in our life. To be honest, since I'm learning with you for the first time
and that too via online mode, but I will be extremely happy if the classes would
be running offline (on the campus). Then I think, I would be benefitted more
from that.
But overall, the class is so interactive, informative and there always be fun also.
