Q.1 (a) "Doctrine of Caveat Emptor does not apply in all contracts of Sale of Goods "Explain
the doctrine and give the situations where this Doctrine is not applicable.

(b) Explain the procedure and effects of conversion of a partnership into LLP as per LLP
Act,2008.

(c) "A partner shall never be liable to an unlimited extent for the debts of the LLP."
