खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

Note: सबी ऩाॉच प्रश्नों के उत्तय दीजिमे। प्रत्मेक प्रश्न 4 अॊक का है । अनधकतभ 75 शब्दों भें अनत रघु उत्तय
अऩेजऺत है ।
Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 4 marks. Very Short Answer is required not
exceeding 75 words.

खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

Note: ननम्ननरजखत तीन प्रश्नों भें से ककन्द्हीॊ दो प्रश्नों के उत्तय दीजिए। प्रत्मेक प्रश्न 10 अॊक का है । अनधकतभ
200 शब्दों भें रघु उत्तय अऩेजऺत है ।
Attempt any two questions out of the following three questions. Each question carries 10 marks.
Short Answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
6. ननम्न के फीच अन्द्तय वादों की सहामता से कीजिमे। नभथ्मा कायावास एवॊ दब ु ाभवनाऩूर्भ अनबमोिन।
Distinguish between the following with the help of Case Law. False Imprisonment & Malicious
precaution.
7. ननम्न को सभझाइमेेः
Explain the following: -
(i) आक्रभर् Assault. (ii) प्रहाय Battery.

8. उऩबोक्ता सॊयऺर् अनधननमभ 1986 के अन्द्तगभत जिरा पोयभ के कामभ व प्रकक्रमा की पववेचना
कीजिमे।
Describe the functions and the procedure of District forum under the CPA 1986..
 खण्ड-स (Section-C)

Note: ननम्ननरजखत ऩाॉच प्रश्नों भें से ककन्द्हीॊ तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तय दीजिए। प्रत्मेक प्रश्न 20 अॊक का है ।
पवस्तृत उत्तय अऩेजऺत है ।
Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 20 marks.
Answer is required in detail.

10. याज्म का अऩने सेवकों द्वाया ककमे गमे अऩकत्मों के नरमे क्मा दानमत्व है ? क्मा याज्म का आि
सम्प्रबु उन्द्भुपक्त नभरेगी? उच्चतभ न्द्मामारम के ननर्भमों का सॊदबभ दे ते हुए पववचना कीजिमे।
Discuss the liability of state for the torts committed by its servants. Whether the state will get

11. "उऩेऺा के अऩकृ त्म भै खतये के आमाभ तथा री िाने वारी सावधानी के स्तय भें सम्फन्द्ध है " इस
कथन की पववेचना ननर्भमपवनध के आधाय ऩय कीजिमे।

"There is relationship between Magnitude of Risk & Standard of Care to be taken in the tort of
Negligence". Discuss it with Case Law.
12. एक आमुवके दक डाक्टय 'अ' ने अॊग्रेिी दवाइमाॉ ननधाभरयत की जिससे भयीि की भृत्मु हो गमी।
आमुवके दक डाक्टय का दानमत्व उऩबोक्ता सॊयऺर् अनधननमभ के तहत ननजित कीजिमे।

13. प्रभुख वादों की सहामता से सहभनत से हुई ऺनत के आवश्मक तत्वों की व्माख्मा कीजिमे।
