खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

नोटः सभी पाॉच प्रश्नों के उत्तर र्दीजजए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 2 अॊक का है । अनिकतम 75 शब्र्दों में अनत ऱघु उत्तर
अपेजऺत है ।
Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 2 marks. Very short answer is required not
exceeding 75 words.
1. भारत के राष्ट्रपनत के चुनाव के नऱए क्या योग्यताएॉ हैं ?
What are the qualifications for election as President of India?
2. भारत का राष्ट्रपनत कब सॊसर्द में ववशेष अनभभाषण करें गे?
When the President of India gives a special address in Parliament?
3. वविायन के "अबानित खण्ड" से आप क्या समझते हैं ?
What do you mean by "Non-Obstante Clause" of legislation.
4. भारतीय सॊवविान के अनुच्छे र्द 355 के अन्तगगत सॊघीय सरकार पर ककस प्रकार का कतगव्य आरोवपत है ?
What duty under Article 355 of the Indian Constitution has been imposed upon the Union
Government?
5. उच्चतम न्यायाऱय के न्यायािीश को उनके पर्द से हटाये जाने के नऱए अननवायग शतो को नऱजखए।
Write down the conditions for the removal of a Judge of Supreme Court.
खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

नोटः ननम्ननऱजखत तीन प्रश्नों में से ककन्हीॊ र्दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर र्दीजजए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अॊक का है ।
अनिकतम 200 शब्र्दों में ऱघु उत्तर अपेजऺत है ।
Attempt any two question out of the following three questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Short
answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
6. भारत के उच्चतम न्यायाऱय के अपीऱीय ऺेत्रानिकार की वववेचना कीजजए।
Discuss the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of India.
7. भारत के सॊवविान में ववकहत भारत के राष्ट्रपनत की शवियों का वणगन कीजजए।
Explain the powers of the President of India as preserved under the Constitution of India.
8. भारतीय सॊवविान के प्राविानों के ववश्लेषण से यह स्पष्ट होता है कक प्रिानमॊत्री ही वास्तववक कायगपानऱका
प्रमुख हैं । क्या आप सहमत हैं ?
 Ananalysis of the provisions of the Constitution of India makes it clear that the Prime Minister is the
real executive head. Do you agree?
खण्ड-स (Section-C)

नोटः ननम्ननऱजखत पाॉच प्रश्नों में से ककन्ही तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर र्दीजजए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अॊक का है ।
ववस्तृत उत्तर अपेजऺत है ।
Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 20 marks.
Answer is required in detail.
9. भारतीय सॊवविान के अनुच्छे र्द 368 के अन्तगगत सॊसर्द सॊवविान सॊशोिन ककस सीमा तक कर सकती
है ? वववेचना कीजजए। ननणीत वार्दों का हवाऱा र्दीजजए।
To what extent the Parliament can amend the Constitution under Article 368 of the Constitution of

10. "सॊसर्दीय ववशेषानिकार" से आप क्या समझते हैं ? ननजणगत वार्दों की सहायता से सॊसर्द सर्दस्यों को
प्राप्त सॊसर्दीय ववशेषानिकारों का वणगन कीजजए।
What do you mean by "Parliamentary Privileges". With the help of decided cases explain the
Parliamentary Privileges available to the Member of Parliament.
11. भारतीय सॊवविान के अनुच्छे र्द 356 में ववकहत राज्य आपातकाऱ पर एक ऱेख नऱजखए। ननणीत वार्दों
का हवाऱा र्दीजजए।
Write an essay on State emergency as prescribed under Article 356 of the Constitution of India.
Refer do decided cases.
12. उच्चतम न्यायाऱय के न्यायािीशों की ननयुवि प्रकिया की आऱोचनात्मक वववेचना कीजजए। ननणीत
वार्दों का हवाऱा र्दीजजए।
Discuss critically the procedure of appointment of Supreme Court Judges. Refer to decided cases.
13. ननम्ननऱजखत पर सॊजऺप्त कटप्पणी नऱजखए :
Write short notes on the following :
(a) ऺेवत्रक सम्बन्ि का नसद्धान्त Doctrine of Territorial Nexus.

(b) सार और तत्व का नसद्धान्त Doctrine of Pith and Substances.
