खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

Note: सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर र्दीजजए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अॊक का है । अनि ऱघु उत्तर अपेजऺि है ।
Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 5 marks. Very Short Answer is required.
1. मुजलऱम विनि में 'इद्दि' पर एक सॊजऺप्त टटप्पणी नऱजखए।
Write a short note on 'Iddat' under Muslims Law.
2. मुजलऱम विनि के अन्िगगि 'वपिृत्ि की अनभलिीकृ नि' (इकरार-ए-नसब) पर टटप्पणी नऱजखए।
Write a note on 'Acknowledgment of paternity' under Muslim Law.
3. भारिीय उत्तरानिकार अनिननयम टकस िर्ग पाररि टकया गया था िथा यह टकन ऱोगों पर ऱागू
टकया गया है ?
In which year Indian Succession Act was passed and to whom this act is applicable ?
4. 'मुिा' से आपका क्या िात्पयग है ? लपष्ट कीजजए।
What do you mean by 'Muta' ? Explain.
खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

Note: ननम्ननऱजखि िीन प्रश्नों में से टकन्हीॊ र्दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर र्दीजजए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अॊक का है । ऱघु

5. विििा के सम्पवत्त पर कावबज रहने के अनिकार पर एक टटप्पणी नऱजखए। क्या यह अनिकार
हलिान्िरणीय है ?
Write a note on Widow's right of retention. Is this right transferable ?
6. सुन्नी समुर्दाय की विनभन्न विचारिाराओॊ का िणगन कीजजए।
Discuss the different schools of Sunni.
7. मुजलऱम विनि में िक्फ की अििारणा एिॊ प्रकृ नि क्या है ? लपष्ट कीजजए।
What is the concept and nature of Waqf in Muslim Law? Explain. .
खण्ड-स (Section-C)

Note: ननम्ननऱजखि पाॉच प्रश्नों में से टकन्हीॊ िीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर र्दीजजए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अॊक का है ।
विलिृि उत्तर अपेजऺि है ।
Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 20 marks.
Answer is required in detail.
8. मुजलऱम विनि के अनुसार वििाह को पररभावर्ि कीजजए। एक िैि वििाह के आिश्यक ित्ि क्या
है ? एिमा मुजलऱम र्दम्पवत्त वििाह के समय करार करिे हैं टक िे सो जनेभा क्या यह वििाह शून्य
होगा? वििेचना कीजजए।
Define marriage according to Muslim law. What are the essentials of a valid marriage ? A young
Muslim couple at the time of their marriage agree not to · procreate children. Will that marriage be
void ? Discuss.
9. मुजलऱम वििाह विच्छे र्द अनिननयम, 1939 पर एक विलिृि टटप्पणी नऱजखए।
Write a detailed note on the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939.
10. मजलऱम पत्नी के भरण-पोर्ण के अनिकार का िणगन कीजजए।
Discuss the right of Muslim wives to maintenance.
11. शफा को पररभावर्ि कीजजए। क्या भारि में पडोस के आिार पर शफा का र्दािा टकया जा सकिा है ?
Define Pre-emption. Can the pre-emption be claimed on the ground of vicinage in India?
12. मुजलऱम िैयविक विनि के स्रोि के रूप में इज्मा िथा क्यास के महत्ि की व्याख्या कीजजए।
Discuss the importance of ljma and Qiyas as sources of Muslim Personal Law.

6. Critically examine the concept and procedure of "talak-e-ahsan' in comparison to 'talak-ul-biddat". When
talak becomes bain (irrevocable)?

9. "Nlikah is a purely Civil Contract". Comment and discuss the essential requisites of a Muslim marriage.

10. Briefly discuss the Dissolution of Muslim Mar riage Act, 1939?
मुनललम नववाह नवच्छेर्द अनिननयम, 1939 को संनिप्तिः नववेनचि कीनिये?
11. Critically explain Muslim Widow's right of her unpaid dower amount with the help of relevant case-law.
सुसंगि वार्द नवनि की सहायिा से मुनललम नविवा के अर्दत्त मेहर के अनिकार का समालोचनात्मक नववेचन कीनिये।
12. Explain the right of maintenance of a divorced Muslim woman from the husband. What changes have
occurred after the case of Shahbano in this regard?
एक िलाकशुर्दा मुनललम मनहला के अपने पनि से भरणपोिण के अनिकार को समझाइये। शाहबानो के वार्द के फललवरूप
इसमें क्या पररविमन हुये हैं?
13. Define Gift and will under Muslim Law. Also brings out the difference in between these two.
मुनललम नवनि के अन्िगमि र्दान व वसीयि को पररभानिि कीनिये। िर्ा इन र्दोनों के मध्य अन्िर को भी लपष्ट कीनिये।
