dairy, spreads, and coffee.

1. Innovation theory
It describes any new strategy implemented by an entrepreneur to lower overall
manufacturing costs or boost demand for his goods. It lowers the overall cost of
production by the use of modern machinery, manufacturing procedures, and
industry-specific organizational techniques. It encompasses all activities that
boost the demand for a product, such as the launch of a new good or service, the
emergence or opening of a new market, the discovery of new raw material
sources, the introduction of a new product variety or design, etc.
2. Mc Clelland’s Theory
Each person is mainly motivated by one of the following three needs:
achievement, affiliation, or power. We acquire these motivational theories
through our culture and life experiences, so it needs to be inherently present in
us.
