1. From your perspective, think of a positive software example and why did you think about it?
From my perspective, I could think of Microsoft Word as positive software. To do daily
tasks, software technology has been developed over the years. Microsoft word is an important
software application for education. It is important to process raw facts into meaningful information.
Microsoft word can benefits teachers and students to create new innovative methods of learning and
teaching. Students can convey educational content like visual aids and practice consistently in school
and university faster and with higher quality by using Microsoft Word.

2. From your perspective, think of a negative software example and why did you think about
it?
From my point of view, I could think of Facebook as negative software. Social isolation is a
disadvantage of Facebook, which in some way is related to the issue of habitual use and addiction.
Facebook is a factor for both greater connectivity and isolation, which also promotes loneliness. Yes,
Facebook can connect us with old friends, former classmates, and people from all over the world, yet
the nature of Facebook engagement tends to increase social anxiety.

3. According to Module 4 Lesson 3 HCI Design Roles, which among those roles are the
hardest ones and why?
Content Strategist was the hardest among those HCI Design Roles because it follows a
certain template. Ensuring that the information corresponds to the content requirements. Also,
anything that is made from scratch requires a lot of work. Lastly, a lack of planning and strategy can
be crucial.
