Instructions

Note:
You must have a web browser such as Netscape®, Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox®,
Chrome®, Edge®, etc. on your computer to run this program.

Installation Instructions:
No installation is required for this program. Simply…

1) Unzip the .zip file to a folder of your choice.

2) Double-click on Table of Contents.html on the CD. Your web browser will launch
the program. If your web browser does not launch the program, open your web
browser then click on File>Open, navigate to Table of Contents.html, then double-
click on it.
3) Once the Table of Contents appears on your screen, click on the chapter entitled
Introduction to read it. At the bottom of the Introduction, click on Table of Contents
to return or click on the next chapter listed on the bottom right side of the screen.
4) Do the exercises in the order they are presented like you would read a book.
5) Note there is an Index at the end of the chapters where you can get information about
a topic by clicking on it.
