 TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. Orders will be accepted in prescribed form only which can be obtained from the Factory or can be
downloaded from the company’s website www.sheikharms.com.
II. Orders from Indian Citizens having valid Arms License for NP Bore pistol issued by appropriate Civil
Authority will only be registered. (Application Form must be accompanied with the attested copy of
Arms Licence).
III. An applicant can book one pistol (for individual) at a time / minimum 20 (for dealers).
IV. Payment of requisite amount against type of pistol will be required through online payment system as
mentioned in the above application form. In case of cancellation of order on customer’s request, (50%
of Advance booking amount) will be deducted as Service/Cancellation charges.
V. Incomplete forms will be summarily rejected. Company reserves the right to refuse to book any order
without assigning any reason what so ever without giving any notice.
VI. Advice Note to the individual will be issued depending upon production/stock, strictly in sequence of
serial no. of priority allocated. The formalities required to be completed are as indicated below : If the
Terms and Conditions are acceptable, the individual may return the Acceptance Note duly filled in, along
with payment and other specified documents i.e. (i) Crossed NEFT in favor of Sheikh Arms &
Ammunition (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. for the amount as will be indicated in the Advice Note (ii) Original Arms
License for pistol valid at the time of delivery of the pistol and (iii) Any other document required under
Arms Rules 1962 and Arms Rules 2016.
VII. Price/Duties/Taxes applicable on the date of actual supply will be applicable/chargeable. Any increase
in Taxes/Duties or new levies effective from or prior to the date of supply but coming to the notice of
the factory at a later date will also be payable by the customer within one month of demand.
VIII. Every effort will be made to effect supplies in sequence of the priority number but no guarantee is given
to this effect. No liability will be accepted for any change of sequence of supply for any reason what so
ever.
IX. No claims of demand on any loss or damage due to delayed execution of order will be entertained.
X. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for postal delays.
XI. Right is reserved to cancel any order without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice.
In this event, payments received against such orders will be refunded as due.
XII. No liability is accepted for compensation/interest on advance or full payment received against the order
booked with the factory for any reason what so ever.
XIII. Pistols once sold will not be taken back/exchanged for any reason whatsoever.
XIV. The above procedure of sale is subject to alteration or modification at any time without any notice at
the discretion of The Director, Sheikh Arms & Ammunition (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
XV. All disputes shall be subject to Nahan Jurisdiction only.
XVI. Filled forms are accepted by Registered Post only.
XVII. The design of the products may change without any prior notice.
XVIII. Warranty – The manufacturing factory shall repair the manufacturing defect, if any, in the weapon free
of cost at its premises if the weapon is brought to the manufacturing factory premises within 5 year of
date of purchase and if the factory is satisfied that the defect is not due to the bad usage, neglect or
mishandling. The manufacturing factory will repair the weapon at its premises after the period of 5
years if the customer agrees to pay the cost of repair. Liability consequential of loss or damage is neither
accepted nor implied.

NOTE: Incomplete forms/illegibly written forms/forms without proper enclosures will be rejected and
the company will bear no responsibility whatsoever in such case
