1. Explain what activities in your life you feel most intrinsically motivated to
do. (Sports, school, music, etc.)

 I feel very motivated to fix something on the car, be it a detailed or fix a fault,
for me it is very satisfactory when I finish the work that I did especially on my
car, since from the beginning I start with a lot of energy.

 There are times when I have not known how to solve a problem or how to
disassemble certain parts of the car that I have gone to YouTube, or to friends
completely dedicated to cars, for me it is a great passion, which I try to convey
to everyone.

2. Explain a time when you were extrinsically motivated to do something or a

time when you did not respond to the possibility of an external reward, and why.

 When I feel motivated and without receiving any change, it is when I help my
family to do whatever it takes, either for my grandparents to paint their house, or
for my uncles to support them in things like cutting the grass or washing cars as a
family, or with my parents when doing household activities, I do it with great
pleasure.

 The biggest motivation I have is my family and seeing them well so that they do
not get hurt or are satisfied with the things they wanted to do and I can save them
that effort but remain happy.

3. Explain a time when a teacher, coach or boss did something that harmed
your sense of morale.

 Where I worked lately, I had a boss who did things with a lot of deficiency and I
wanted to open new doors of opportunity he only told me that it was not right
because he knew more than me and also if things were wrong it was because they
should. to be and to be like that because they had always been like that, which in
my point of view goes against my professional ethics since at the University they

instilled in me the way to always be better in your personal and professional life,
coupled with this He was a person who criticized my way of dressing (formal or
casual), and for everything that I did or proposed he said that it had occurred to him
when everyone saw that I had done it.

So many were his conflicts or rather envy of this boss that I had to end up firing on the
pretext that my laptop did not arrive at the plant.

4. Explain a time when a teacher, coach or boss did something that boosted
(raised) your sense of morale.

 Where I did my professional internships, my boss had a very peculiar concept of

making you see that everything you do you can do better, wherever you go you
must leave something Well, like a touch of yours that people have, that is, to have
an impact positive in people, also that he motivates me a lot to continue in what is
the continuous improvement department, which I am now looking for work for this
department, since it is very interesting to be able to impact each person, no matter
the position or department who is in charge or carries out activities.

 I can say that he gave me a lot of support during my stay and above all he taught
me a lot both professionally and professionally, a person who helped me grow and
believe in myself.

5. Do you think that parents should pay their children money for getting good
grades? Why or why not?

 I do not think it is the right thing to do, since as children of a family we must be
responsible with our future, it is also our obligation, since our parents provide us
with everything we need for our training, and we can also contribute something to
our home or either have scholarships within the university or in previous education,
since we must not subtract, rather we must add our parents and be grateful for
their effort.

 Personally, I feel that once we finish university, if it is our chance to help

our parents financially, in addition to helping and supporting them in all aspects, I
feel that it is a way of being grateful and giving them back a little of their hard
work and dedication that they have, had and they will have as parents, since they
will always be there.

6. Describe a current frustration you have with your job (or your school
experience if you are not currently working.)

 A frustration that I had recently was not being able to do anything within the
company where I was working out of envy and why my boss didn't let me do many
things, having to take all his comments during the day without being able to claim
anything from him and try always looking for a way to implement the projects that
I

had created to make improvements within the organization, and it was somewhat unfair that
I was kicked out of my job by people like that in the world of work.

7. Describe what you enjoy most about your current workplace (or your school
experience if you are not currently working.)

 What I liked the most about my last job and I enjoyed it a lot was that despite so
many wall stops that I gave myself, I always looked for the best side of the coin,
since during the day I was busy doing projects and analyzing every detail. I learned
a lot on my own, knowing how to use AutoCAD for me was something very
satisfying that I completely filled and knowing that if you have dedication
everything can be achieved and nothing is impossible, I also learned that we always
have to climb on our shoulders and be humble with everyone.

Conclution: All these reflections that were somewhat significant for me, helped me to
realize what my momentary motivation was and what my life motivation will always be.
