KMC Client Portal - Getting Started
We have created this Client Portal for you to be able to book, re-schedule, cancel
meeting room bookings. You will also have a dashboard for you to track your
complimentary and used hours. With this automation, you no longer need to send a ticket
request to reserve a meeting room.
Please note that only Client POCs can register and access the Client Portal.
Please follow the steps below to start booking a meeting room thru the Client Portal.
Getting Started.
Click on the Confirm Your Email button to access the portal.
Enter your Email Address and the Default Password provided in the confirmation email.
It will then ask you to change your default password to your preferred one. Note that password should
have the following pattern:
Click on New Reservation button and fill out the necessary details for you meeting.
Once you’re done filling out the details, just click Book to reserve your schedule.
Email notifications will be sent directly to your email address right after your booking.
