Creators of the future

Project theme: Empowering

kids and teenagers
Why?
“No Problem was ever solved at the same level of consciousness that created it.” – Albert
Einstein
Our world's future is in the hands of the next generation. They face enormous problems that
can only be solved through effective, global, human collaboration and innovation. Problems
such as global warming, war, natural disasters, disease, poverty, and famine are not isolated
to any one country or region. They are not caused by any one country or region. And these
problems cannot be solved by those who created them, paraphrasing Albert Einstein, unless
there is a change of consciousness, followed by action now, instead of waiting for our youth
to grow up and deal with them. Project management practitioners and chapters are
uniquely experienced to help mentor the next generation, to equip them with the skills and
tools to effectively collaborate and achieve project success. Teachers and most parents do
not have experience or education in fundamental project management concepts and best
practices. Kids has an expanding mind that can solve big problems and create new solutions
However, most kids are not equipped with the tools or methods to do projects effectively.
There is no curriculum for teaching these skills, and most parents do not have the training to
help them. Project-based learning is being implemented in schools worldwide, yet there is
no defined method to help teachers and students do projects successfully. Businesses and
communities grow through the works of successful projects. They are the foundation upon
which societies develop. Small businesses in particular, which have a tremendous failure
rate, are the engine to job growth and innovation. A society's future depends on how well it
prepares its future leaders and project contributors. Rapid advances in technology have
changed the skills needed in today's global, virtual workforce. However, education
curriculum has not kept pace. Change is needed, and this project will be the first step.
Examples
1- From the young age of 9, Jelani Jones loved bath
products. Eventually, her love of bath products became
Lani Boo Bath. Jelani visited farmers markets and tested
as many products as she could find. One of those vendors
became her mentor, and Jelani turned her bath product
hobby into a lucrative career.

2- After being challenged by her father to create the same

products she loved from her favorite health and beauty
stores, 10-year-old Hannah Grace started what would
become her own bath bomb business called BeYOUtiful.
You can find her products on her website. Hannah donates
20% of every purchase to the Juvenile Diabetes Research
Fund, as she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she
was an infant.

3- Evan Moana was named YouTube’s youngest millionaire in 2016. He started

EvanTubeHD when he was in fourth grade. On his channel, which has over 6 million
subscribers, he reviews kids’ toys. Evan and his sister, Jillian, also take on kid-friendly
challenges, such as an Oreo challenge and a super-gross smoothie challenge. All the
money Evan raises through sponsorships and advertisements and his earnings are
invested in college funds and investments for Evan and Jillian.

and they’re many other successful young entrepreneurs, but the bigger percentage are
the ones that don’t have the enough support to start or take a step.
How?
The idea is to create an innovation hub, its main target groups are kids and teenagers.
This innovation hub will hold modern education programs that are project based. It will not
be the regular teacher-student classroom, it will bring real entrepreneurs and project
owners together with the young fresh minds that are full of creative ideas and solutions.
These programs will provide the kids and teenagers with all the skills they need to create
their own business and startups. This can be done through motivational talks, lectures,
consultancy sessions, career advising conferences, courses to learn all the required skills for
the online businesses such as digital marketing, content creation, digital art..etc. and other
activities that will help every kid find his/her own way and passion to follow and the right
way to express his ideas and thoughts.
