Transfer system

Blowing stations
− Electromagnetic stretching system without air consumption

The system is retrained via the Krones IIoT platform and thus learns how to adjust the
blow moulding process precisely to the perfect bottle quality under the new conditions.

In detail
1. The measuring bridge measures the light transmission value of the blown PET containers during production.
2. This transmission value information is continually transmitted to the Contiloop AI.
3. The information is processed by agents in real time. If necessary, process parameters are adjusted automatically.
4. The adjustments are displayed on the machine HMI.
5. The measuring and process data are transmitted to the Service Contiloop AI on the Krones IIoT platform.
6. Information regarding control interventions are displayed in Service Contiloop AI.

At Krones, the blue enviro certification stands for excellent ecological efficiency. Products that bear the enviro certification have proven
in an objective test procedure that they efficiently use energy and media, and that they produce in an environmentally friendly way. The
requirements are defined by the EME standard that has been developed by the TÜV SÜD (technical inspection authority) for assessing
production plants. The enviro test procedure, too, has been certified by TÜV SÜD as an independent expert. Therefore, you can be sure
that: an enviro label stands for ecological efficiency.
