Putting up a business entails correct process of establishing it and it is important to

identify the factors that could affect the company especially the benefits that the business
could adapt when attending to the necessary things needed such as identifying the target
customers and on how to satisfy their needs and expectations.
As a customer, what I think companies or brands need to do that still cannot be
found in the market today in order to capture unwavering loyalty of customers is to prove
the consistency of the products that they offer and excellent quality of their product or
service that would best satisfy the standards of their market. As far as what I observe in the
companies, maybe one of the customer needs that are still unserved by companies is the
reliability of the products they offer, for instance the advertised product caught the
attention of the customer then believed that it worked like what was shown in the
advertisement but after the customer bought the product, it turns out that the functionality
of the product is not exactly the same on the advertisement that was presented. If in the
future I had the chance to create my own business, I would make sure that the product or
service I show to my customers in my advertisement will be reliable and will function and
will meet their expectations.
Companies cannot avoid encountering problems between customer and the
company, and to attend to the conflict professionally, I would cut ties with him or her
through talking in a private place explaining the misunderstanding without showing them
my personality of being rude and in order to avoid damaging the brand’s reputation.
Communication is the key to solve problems that may arise.
Knowing and learning the things that could benefit the company will help in making
it successful for a long span of time. Another is, it is important for business minded people
if they plan to put up a business in the future is to carefully learn and identify the factors
that may and may not contribute to the success of their future businesses.
