HSE-25
What is the problem that
02

we were able to find?

Some academic requirements
are hard to accomplish due to
the risk of the COVID-19
Pandemic, such as ones that
require a partner. Thus, leaving
the students in danger just to
complete an academic task. On
the other hand, students are still
learning how to adapt on the
fully online setup of education.
03
What are the
causes of the said
problem?
Students and schools were still not
used to the borderfree education
setting.
Some subject requirements required
us students to go out of our own
homes to complete the assigned tasks
to us therefore exposing ourselves to
the dangers of the said virus.
Some teachers are inexperienced
when it comes to the mechanics of
Google Meet and/or Microsoft Teams.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE POSSIBLE
SOLUTIONS
06 SOLUTIONS
THE SCHOOL NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION CAN TRY TO FIND
THE STUDENTS WHO CAN'T ACCOMPLISH IT WITH A BETTER WAY OF MAKING THE MODULES EASIER
A VALID REASON SINCE IT'S NOT A PROBLEM THEY FOR BOTH THE STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND
CAN FIX THEMSELVES. THERE SHOULD BE A PLAN FOR THE TEACHERS TO ASSESS OUR WORK.
B FOR ONES WHO CANNOT ACCOMPLISH IT WITH THE TEACHERS CAN IMPLEMENT A MORE
A PARTNER. FLEXIBLE ASSIGNMENT FOR THE STUDENTS SO IT
TEACHERS MAKE CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS GIVES THEM OPTIONS SO THAT THEY WOULDN’T
EASIER TO ACCOMPLISH FOR STUDENTS, AS HAVE TO RISK THEIR HEALTH JUST TO
UNLIKE FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES, THEY ARE MORE ACCOMPLISH A SINGLE TASK.
LIMITED ON THE DECISIONS STUDENTS HAVE TO
MAKE DUE TO THE LIMITS OF ONLINE LEARNING.
STUDENTS ALONG WITH THE PARENTS CAN SEND
SUGGESTIONS TO THE SCHOOL TO MAKE
CHANGES FOR THE SAID REQUIREMENTS THAT
DO NOT REQUIRE US TO GO OUT OF OUR OWN
HOMES JUST TO ACCOMPLISH AN ASSIGNMENT.
08

BUT AMONG THESE

SOLUTIONS, WHAT CAN
BE THE BEST ONE?
THE BEST SOLUTION
07

The students, parents/guardians, teachers, and administrators

can talk with each other through a virtual meeting. In this
meeting, the four parties will be able to discuss the said problem
and how it can be solved. Just like in our list of possible solutions,
they can lessen the activities that require another person/partner
to finish a certain task. Through this meeting, they can directly
address and agree on a certain deal where all of the people
involved will benefit from it.
HOW CAN IT FULFILL
THE SMART
CRITERIA?
How is it sustainable?

The solution focuses on online

meetings and discussions. Hence,
it does not waste any real
materials. Besides this, the agenda
to be discussed is for the
betterment of the world because
we are talking about the future of
us, students who are assigned to
take care and lead the world in
order to fulfill the UN SDG's.
11

HOW IT'S
MEASURABLE
The impact of our solution can be
measured if students are able to submit
better output and much more ahead of the
deadline. Because of this, teachers will also
be able to assess the student's learning
faster.
HOW CAN IT BE
ATTAINABLE?

A simple meeting between the

aforementioned parties can be attained
with proper organization and arranging
the meeting a few days or even weeks
prior to the said meeting.
During these times where face to face classes

WHY IT'S online,It tackles on current problems that

both students and teacher's face during class
RELEVANT and school. It pushes communication with
parents, students and teachers alike.
14

WHY CAN IT BE
Most of the time, students and parents just let
the school do whatever they think is right for
the school. With the said meeting, parents
CONSIDERED and students can open up and give their own
opinions and feedback on how can the school
TRAILBLAZING? further improve their already good system of
education.
What is the impact of this?
If there will be a good agreement between the school and the students,
then there will be a huge impact in terms of learning assessments. The
change will occur on the types of assignments and activities that teachers
will assign the students to do. There will be no more tasks that require
students to go out in their houses to perform and complete a school
requirement. With this, the school will have more insight on what the
parents and students think of the current curriculum.
