    To Prof. Dr. Faiz Bin Mohd Turan,


    My name is DANESH son of SAMARASAM, matric card id TA19120, currently studying in
    3rd year second semester in Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering Technology. I am writing
    to respectfully request consideration of appeal for taking 22 credit hours for this current
    semester.
    Since I have another two semesters left and 42 credit hours to be cleared, I have to push
    myself to take 22 credit hours in this semester so that I can finish my degree on time. And I
    unable to bring it to next semester because I have Senior Design Project 2 to do. Extending to
    another semester could happen if I didn’t take 22 credit hours this semester.
    Thank you so much for taking your time to read this letter and for considering my request. I
    am hoping for approval for my appeal.
