Work Done
It’s my fifth week in the NCC Bank office. This week, I worked in the dispatch and general
banking departments, where I filled out the 20 FDR form, organized the employee's user voucher,
manually assigned entry numbers in the check book, and filed the LC paper.
This week, I learned about various account opening forms, such as partnership, sole proprietorship,
joint venture, and Young Star account. Aside from learning about two types of savings products,
DPS and SSS, we also learned about the FDR and CHALAN, which are newly launched products
in the NCC Bank.
Observations/Reflections
As my supervisor was very friendly, I didn’t feel any work pressure in the workplace, but I noticed
there were a few employees who were very lazy to finish their tasks, and some employees were
much unorganized to maintain the office rules.
Notable Incidents
When a customer wants to open a partnership account, he or she needs the TIN number, ID, trade
license, and salary certificate. NGO accounts also require an initial deposit, utilities, a TIN, a
photocopy of the organization's constitution, and a certificate.
