Midterm Examination

NAME: ______________________________________
DATE: ________________

INSTRUCTION 1
Compose a hypothetical conversation between you (as a ticketing agent) and a
customer who happens to be irate, insensitive, problematic, inconsiderate, or in any way
you could think of. Be creative in formulating a problem and a solution. Your script must
show your writing skills and problem-solving skills. Your lines should not be less than
20. In writing your script, be mindful with your grammar. Avoid plagiarism.

(Write your script here)

INSTRUCTION 2
After writing your script, look for a partner (among your classmates) and enact
your script. Record yourselves (in any way you want) enacting the lines and send the
audio to me in my email n.carim@saintbenilde.edu.ph. You will be graded based on
your performance. Your partner has the option to enact his/her script with you or with
someone else (still among the class). Bear in mind that you need to sound like a
professional ticketing agent over the phone and not just merely reading the script.
You need to sound natural.
