ADVERTISING 2nd PART

PAIRWORK ACTIVITY: YOUR ADVERTISEMENT/COMMERCIAL

 Your partner and you should choose a commercial or advertisement (TV, Internet, written press)
considering your common preferences and what you want to transmit to the others.
 Once you have taken your pick, you will work on it following the guidelines you can read below, and
later you will present it to the classmates of the other groups.
 While presenting the ad to the class, both members should share the tasks and get equally involved in
the oral presentation. Remember you are a team! Be ready for your classmates’ questions.
 Duration of the presentation: 10 minutes in all.
 Each student will keep a record sheet (second page), where they will write down both the information of
the other classmates’ adverts and a detailed personal opinion about them. Finally, you should decide
what the best advertisement is the best of all. The record sheets will be handed to the teacher afterwards.
