A nursing is a profession where tender loving care are the character or attitude that

a nurses must be showed to their patients. Nursing really don’t base on the gender
but they focused on the goodness and caring for their patients because nurses must
be a holistic physically, mentally, socially and emotionally . Gender based is not a factor
in promoting environmental awareness because whatever is your gender even men
and women can contribute to promote this awareness to help thus, we can work as
one to share our knowledge that will develop a progressive and organized
community where no one is being discriminated with such factors.

The relevance of the program learning of the VMGO and quality policy is to
inform and guide the students to the priorities and goals of the university that will
fully develop their necessary skills that will further contribute for the social
transformation and development of our community. Furthermore, this will also
guide the students to develop the four pillars of the university which are the
scholarship, leadership, character and service that will help them to improve
themselves as a student that will lead and give impact in the future.
