A; if darewro swapped motorbikes with bicycles they will be limited to streets, and in Peshawar
weather they couldn’t survive for longer time because of extreme weather.

B; if they swapped with cars so their shipping cost will be too high and shipment time will also
increase.

C; As Darewro are using petrol motorbikes, which have cost of petrol. If they swap their motorbikes
with Electric Bikes which can reduce their cost. They have the option to collaborate with Azadi-e-
Bikes who are electronic bikes manufacturers in Peshawar and their Start-up was incubated in
National Incubation Centre, Peshawar. Electronic Bikes have one-time cost of PKR 75,000/- per bike.

2; Combine;S

Both Jibran point

A; if they Combine bicycles with existing resources so they could be also grab the small street
market, but it will be not good business model.

B; if they include cars in business model so it will be easy for them to start B2B shipments with their
B2C business model.

3; Adapt;

a) They must give one biker to each market in every sector and they must start delivery from
markets to the customers with daily needs products for example delivering Milk, Sugar,
Shampoo etc. (Wadood Point)

Islamabad; 1) needs to change their name, 2) Islamabad market is highly competitive, they needs
huge marketing cost for competing with others competitors like foodpanda.

Mardan;

Cons of market; 1) more population are living in rural Area, 2) people less familiar with online
market.

Pros of market; 1) similar culture no need to change their name, 2)buying power of people is much
better and prefer to live good life than other area of KPK.
4; Modify;

a) Start Ecommerce platform with this model because they are trusty and famous, people trust
at their services than other. (Jibran Point)
b) Awareness by giving mask with every delivery service. (Wadood)
c) Give some discounts in the price. (Wadood)
d) They can start delivering vegetables, fruits, chicken, and meat etc. (Wadood)

5; Put to other use;

They can offer their bikers for other companies like foodpanda where foodpanda bikers couldn’t
reached to their customers or high costly for foodpanda in city. Or they can start Pick and drop
services at careem when they couldn’t find any order for bikers. (Jibran Point)

They can start delivering vegetables, fruits, chicken, and meat etc. and if they go for open their
MART and name it DAREWRO MART in which daily home usage products like vegetables, fruit,
meat, and all those things which are available in general store. (Wadood Point)

6; Eliminate;

As given idea before as well by switching from petrol bikes to the Electric Bikes. Which can reduce
their cost. They have the option to collaborate with Azadi-e-Bikes who are electronic bikes

They need to excludes their Owen bikers its high costly for them they need to add public bikers for
