Senior High Almost Takes The Trophies Home

Garnering three winners from five competitions, Mindanao State University Senior High
School almost taken home the overall trophy of Buwan ng Wika 2019, hosted on August 30,
2019.
The Buwan ng Wika 2019, conist of five competitions, such as Bench Cheering, won by
Senior High, Likhang Awit, won by the Senior High Hilas Band, Dungtungang Pasalaysay, taken
by the Senior High , Harana, taken the chance of College of Arts and Sciences, and the highlight
of the Buwan ng Wika culmination, the Band Majorette showdown, won by the College of
Education, Karen Ybañes, and Best in Production Number for the Band Majorette , grabbed by
the Senior High School Majorette, Jenny Rose Q. Capri.
Senior High School didn’t take home the Harana trophy, due an error of not informing
the Senior High Body Organization of the Harana Competition, making the team hassle in
coming up with songs they will sing. However, for 3 years of celebrating Buwan ng Wika, this
years’ team composes of strong-willed students.
