House To Raise A Healthy Kid
A healthy living is that matters for a generation to enjoy its fruits. It all starts with the caring
for the young ones. Human behavior and practices pact with rejoinders to stimuli, which include
personality, physical action, genetics culture and emotions. John Locke postulated that children
are born as blank slates, and they acquire knowledge from environmental experiences
(Rathus)However, raising children requires also good nutrition in avoiding diseases later in life.
The growth of children requires ample and peaceful environments. Keeping children as
healthy as possible firsts and foremost requires that nutrition and hygiene is maintained.
Teaching a kid on feeding habit for instance taking a lot of vegetables and fruits requires offering
of the same kind of food several times (Karanth and Mohan). Toddlers however need to be
education on the benefits of taking fruits and vegetables. However physical activity is important
that makes the child active and be free of diseases. In most cases children are always eager to
learn new things from the environment. Therefore, offering education insights and motivation for
any activity they undertake is guide to healthy living. Teaching these children tenets of
appreciating everyone and always respecting and obeying they older than them serves a great
deal. However sometimes children go out to play with less supervision for such cases it is always
