position status during hydrotest in annexure 4

Leak Testing

Remarks
24” 300# (RTJ) HV (hand operated) valves (2 Nos F5,F6) shall be in closed position.
FV1, FV2.FV3.FV4. valves shall be in half open position position
Refer to the Drawing TAPS-W305-BL-004 Battery Limit for the Leak test of and for valve position status of
PLEM during leak test in annexure 4
Refer to the Markup P& ID in annexure 9 for valve status of SPM during the leak test.
**Leak Test shall be performed against the closed vales of the PLEM.
Dewatering Operation

Remarks

for the valve status of the PLEM during dewatering activity.

3.2 Scraper Train for FCG of pipelines


1. Free Flooding of filtered treated Sea water equivalent to 500 linear meter length of Pipeline(500 Cu.M)
2. Bi-Di Cleaning Scraper – magnetic brush (Scraper-1)
3. Filtered treated seawater equivalent to 2% of Pipeline Volume shall be pumped, which is approx. 199.5
Cu.M
4. Bi-Di Batch Scraper (Scraper-2)
5. Filtered treated seawater equivalent to 2% of Pipeline Volume shall be pumped, which is approx. 199.5
Cu.M
6. Bi-Di Cleaning Scraper – magnetic brush(Scraper-3)
7. Filtered treated seawater equivalent to 2% of Pipeline shall be pumped, which is approx. 199.5 Cu.M
8. Bi-Di Gauge Scraper with Pinger (Scraper-4)
9. Treated Filtered Sea water mixed with sea dye till all the scrapers receives at subsea receiver.

10. Dewatering Scraper Train
1. Bi-Di Batch scraper (Scraper-1)
2. Propel the scraper up to 200 linear meters which is equivalent to a volume of 199.5 Cu.M using fresh
water.
3. Bi-Di Batch Scraper (Scraper-2)
4. Propel the scraper up to 200 linear meters which is equivalent to water volume of 199.5 Cu.M using oil
free compressed air.
5. Bi-Di Batch Scraper – magnetic brush(Scraper-3)
6. Propel the scraper up to 200 linear meters which is equivalent to a water volume of 199.5 Cu.M using
oil free compressed air.
7. Bi-Di Batch Scraper with Pinger (Scraper-4)
8. Propel all 4 scrapers using the oil free compressed air till all the 4 scrapers reaches to the temporary
receiver at the LFP of PL-2.
