Frequency: every Monday

Authorized signatory to docusign the Document needed:


addback letter 2 pull out attempt forms w/ signature
SLA: 2 days from customer (from trucker)

validate if valid for addback


prepare addback letter and SLA: 3 days
send for docusign Frequency:
every Friday
