I can relate to the parable because I struggled with my

trust in God while growing up. Many challenges that

happened in my life are the reason for my confusion. It is
hard for me to keep my faith in him during difficult times.
But, after studying in Catholic school, I've realized that to
have a deep faith and relationship with God, the
temptation must be easy to resist because having faith
involves doing what is right in his eyes. I can only have
hope for the future by trusting in His process.

One of the most difficult decisions I have to make is choosing between two friends. I saw one of my
friends steal money from another of my friend. She had no idea I had seen her at the time, so when I
approached her and told her I had seen her, she begged me not to tell anyone and promised to return
the money immediately. I know the consequence if I tell my other friend, so I give her time because she
promises she will tell our other friend honestly. But, after a week, she didn't tell her, and my conscience
couldn't handle it any longer. I told my friend, and I'm grateful she didn't get mad because I didn't tell
her immediately. After that, we took action, and my friend was punished for what she did. We lost our
friendship, and I lost trust in her, but we are now civil. I was in a dilemma at the moment, and it was
difficult, I wished I would never be in that situation again.

Philosophical inquiry is to understand problems involving knowledge, reality, logic, fact, goal, intellect,
and ethics. Philosophy takes direct action against these issues with the hope of clarifying and, in some
cases, resolving them. While some of these issues are explored in other human activities, such as
literature and art.
