Working hours / Job Type:
Monday to Friday, Morning Shift, preferably 8:00 AM –
5:00 PM (with 8 core working hours inclusive of 1-hour
break), working hours may occasionally be extended to
attend meetings in the evenings

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create/Assist/Troubleshoot the development of Test
Automation Framework, Standards, Procedures,
Processes, and Best practices as related to Testing
• Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Test
Automation Team Members and support the
onboarding of new team members
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team
members, colleagues
suggesting and reviewing corrective actions

Must-have Skills / Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science or other related field
• At least 6 – 8 years of Information Technology
experience
• At least 2-4 years of leading and managing a team of
QA
• 8-10 years of experience in Software QA Engineering
• Experienced in both manual and automated testing
• Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium or
any other Automation tools

APIs/Services, Functional Testing
• Cloud experience, AWS preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing tools (e.g.
Selenium, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, EndTest) and
test case management tools (e.g. TestRail)
• Experience with code coverage tools to guide test
automation design.
• Test automation experience with a CI/CD pipeline
preferred
• Performance/load testing experience preferred
• Experience in database testing in SQL inclusive of
experience in the design and manipulation of test
data and the validation of stored testing procedures.
• Experience leading a team through challenges to
meet business objectives
• Ability to resolve problems within their scope of
