    School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation

    COLLECTIVE FLOURISHING

    1. Collective flourishing for me is a concept of building shared purpose and maximizing


    collaboration and efficiency to achieve better personnel performance with no one left behind. It
    helps unravel individual potential and identify team potential through coaching and mentoring
    which leads to team success and attainment of organizational goals.

    2. Collective flourishing in SMME section is evident but to an average extent in the sense that the
    Assessment KRA is SOLELY handled by a testing coordinator. We wish that on the program
    implementation on assessment, it should involve the entire SMME team.

    3. Collective flourishing in our section looks like a Mutually Inclusive set as shown below:

    We are hoping that in the near future, we will be “one mind, one heart” like the figure
    shown below:
