Bah Tatang Fried Banana

Fried bananas are a snack commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. This food is
made from bananas, after peeling the skin it is cut into pieces as desired and then smeared with a thick
dough made from a mixture of flour, a little salt and sugar, then fried in hot oil.

Fried bananas are often found being sold in Tegal stalls or coffee shops as a side dish for tea or
coffee. Currently, fried bananas are a very popular food in Indonesia. Sometimes fried bananas are given
toppings such as cheese, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate and others.

Bah Tatang Fried Bananas are one of the best snacks at Dairobby High School. having a large
enough size at a cheap price, of course this snack is one of the favorite snacks for students. The crunchy
texture on the outside and soft on the inside adds to the enjoyment of this snack.

Compared to the fried bananas that are usually sold on the street, Bah Tatang bananas are
larger in size and have pretty good quality bananas. but unfortunately the banana bah tatang has some
drawbacks between being too oily and there are no additional innovations in it such as the addition of
chocolate.

However, the fried banana Bah Tatang is still a student's favorite food and is one of the
recommendations if you visit Dairobby Vocational High School.
