Should we be allowed to create AI

Artificial intelligence is taking the world by storm many people like it or hate

either way, Artificial intelligence is coming, and it will completely change all our

lives and the way we live in my opinion artificial is good for a limit because as artificial

intelligence is exposed to us, we will eventually get so comfortable with it that we will

become so dependent on it. That we will not know what is right or wrong and allow Artificial

intelligence to make that decision for us. Furthermore, many religious people have nothing

against AI if artificial intelligence does not take you away or mislead you from the religion.

My purpose in this paper is to explore the advantages and disadvantages of Artificial

intelligence.

There are many advantages of AI some of which are very useful to humans moreover,

they help humans to move into the future Furthermore, AI systems are better than humans at

all cognitive tasks, which could cause fewer mistakes to occur by humans. In addition, it is

easier to locate by emergency services making saving life easier, Likewise, AI can reduce a

lot of stress taken in by humans, along with many physical challenges.

Alongside this point, AI can also adapt, reason and provide solutions for real-life problems
we as humans encounter in our day-to-day lives. On the other hand, some people might say
that AI such as Alexa can control us humans and have the ability to overcome us humans but
in fact, AI is not always advanced there is a type of AI called weak AI or narrow AI these are
programmed to do certain tasks and nothing else “for example if you teach a robot to play
Chinese checkers it will be able to be very good at it but if you ask it to play chess it won’t be
able to be mildly good at it same thing with Alexa. If you ask her to play a song, for
example, Alex play ABC she will listen to the keywords “ALEXA, PLAY and ABC” and she
will complete the request but if you ask her if there is a traffic jam to work, she won’t be able
to answer as she is not programmed to do so moreover,

Just like advantages, there are many disadvantages.

In addition, Artificial intelligence can also be used to target and harm a person, society or

even a country because if a person or government get a hold of such advancement it can

Furthermore, Artificial intelligence is changing our daily life in a good way and also

in a bad way because it is taking us away from things that give us purpose quoted previously

because humans that do the things that we like give us a reason for us to do so and if that is

taken away from us then what are we left with, nothing. There is nothing left for us to do if it

is all controlled and taken over by artificial intelligence. Moreover, as Artificial intelligence,

grows day by day its ability to grow its intelligence will grow day by day as well and that

will eventually get too much for humans to maintain and this can cause an irreversible change

caused by human creation. in addition, I also believe that there is also a problem of funding

which is a big problem for many country’s that want Artificial intelligence

I believe that yes, intelligence is a good thing and can help humans with all cognitive tasks

there Is also a bad side to it as well just like with anything else, furthermore, AI is also being

exposed to the world day by day and nobody realizes it, and as it is exposed it is adapting to

the environment of social media and the way people use it and as it does so it also can

unmask content that is not liked in society or a person speaking of “person” AI can target a

specific person and can change anyone’s view about him or her without knowing the true side

or them or judging a book by its cover. Moreover, AI can also unveil things about a person,

community and even a country that they may not like.

Just like when covid-19 hit it exploded the internet with conspiracy theory’s accusations

about China which cause millions of people’s views about Chinese people to make them the

bad guy which cause racism against Chinese people to skyrocket. We might not understand

what AI is doing to us but we should not underestimate the power of AI. I am happy about

the creation of AI but not at the moment as there are so many global problems if AI is

released I believe that it can cause much destruction and it will only make matters worse for

This means that if AI is fully developed it could like I said before cause mass destruction of

humans. in addition, it is also felt that Artificial intelligence now is also unnecessary, why?

This Is because humans are well capable of doing things themselves and doing it as well and

also thinking. But if AI is exposed then humans will be enterally dependent on it yes it will

help us in many cognitive tasks but if we humans are dependent on AI then the little thing

that we do that gives us purpose will become useless because AI is going to do it for us.

In conclusion, I feel that AI should be allowed to be but it should not be exposed to its fullest

potential and we humans should not go beyond the limit because as quoted before if AI

reached its fullest potential then it will not only cause major problems for humanity but also a

country. How? Well, many terrorist groups can take advantage of AI and can pose a threat to

it. Poorer contrary and start to dictate. In this case, this can grow the terrorist groups not only

In number but also in power. Furthermore, it Is also felt that many people can’t use AI and

can be used to take advantage of people for example higher scam call rate, and a higher

cyberbullying rate exacta. This is why we should not unlock the full potential of Artificial

intelligence.
