VARIHARD Flexi TC Wire

VARIHARD Flexi TC Wire is a high-performance anti-
wear product in the form of a 100% CO2 gas-shielded
arc flux cored wire with tungsten carbide particles in
a high hardness iron matrix developed for Metal Inert
Gas (MIG) welding.

It deposits an extremely durable protective coating

comprising a dense mass of ultra-hard tungsten
carbides that provides excellent wear resistance for
earth engaging tools and other high wear
applications.

The matrix composition helps to absorb impact and

improves resistance to abrasion & erosion, while the
optimised shape and size of tungsten carbide makes
it very difficult to dislocate them from the matrix.

VARIHARD Flexi TC Wire is very easy to apply and

leaves a dense and homogeneous coating. The
molten weld results in an even distribution of
carbide particles throughout the entire weld
deposit.
