1 Context Diagram of Existing System

Figure 1 shows the Context Diagram for this existing system. This existing system involves four
main entities (USER, ITEM, CUSTOMER, AND SUPPLIER).

1.2 Data Flow Diagram (DFD) of Existing System Level 1

Figure 1.2 shows the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1 for this existing system. This existing
system will need six subsystems. The first subsystem is about manage the item, the second
subsystem is about manage payment of the customer and product price of the user, the third
subsystem is manage sales information of purchase details of the customer and sales of the user,
the fourth subsystem is about manage expenses information of item purchased to the supplier,
the fifth subsystem is about list of orders receiving orders from supplier and payment to supplier,
and the last subsystem is about manage orders ordered item and received item of the customer.

1 Data Flow Diagram (DFD) of Proposed System Level 1

Figure 1 shows the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1 for this proposed system. The system has
four main entities (USER, SUPPLIER, ITEM AND CUSTOMER), eight processes (LOGIN
PROCESS, LIST ORDERS, MANAGE ORDERS, MANAGE EGG, MANAGE BIRD,
MANAGE PAYMENT, MANAGE SALES INFORMATION, AND MANAGE EXPENSES
INFORMATION), and five data stores (EGG RECORD, BIRDS RECORD, SALES RECORD
INCOME RECORD, AND EXPENSES RECORD).
