Group Activity: “As you can see, on my screen now…”

Instructions:

1) Assign a chairperson.
2) Chairperson will begin the meeting using the formal meeting language expression.
3) Chairperson will call each participant to present their report.
4) Each participant will choose 1 diagram from the list below to present to meeting attendees.
a. Participants are encouraged to use the language expressions in business reporting.
