Timms sees that learning professionals will help leaders and develop them.
Firstly, he speaks about social leadership and factors should be in leaders in
order to be effective leaders.
1- Leaders have to feel their subordinates.
2- Caring about their team and knew the innovation part of them and how to manage every
member in the right position.
3- Leaders understanding their employees needs and connect it to the firm’s goal.
4- Leaders have to be a part of the team and not the whole team.
5- Smart leader who creates challenging spirit among his team to encourages, motivates them.
6- Leaders who give more than they take (to take high quality).
7- Leaders instead of fighting with each other, they have to concentrate on the firm’s goal and
helping each other.
8- Leaders have to be clear about duties and simple with their workforce.

To achieve the above goals, leaders have to communicate with their team and
have transparency in conversation and to be firm while mistaken.
Building trust with all staff and creates a new culture to be convenient for all
categories of people (Culture eats strategy for breakfast).
If having built a good culture it will affects employees and organization
behavior.
Finally: the good leaders who constantly creates new leaders by giving them
responsibilities to be more controlled and more professional.
Also; to be always welling to learn more and don’t think that he is already
arrived and inspires others to learn.
He should be adaptive, wise, decisive, firm, strong, thoughtful and able to
manage risk.
