Since I have known Uzair for the past year, I would want to take this opportunity to formally suggest him
for the job. I believe he is a suitable candidate.

I'm thrilled to support Uzair Khan for the NLC'23 LCVP post. From his actions and ability to make
judgments, he has consistently demonstrated his intelligence and the versatility of skill. Uzair is a very
aspirational individual who views things from several angles. He is someone who is constantly trying to
make a difference. He has consistently shown a great degree of respect, accountability, and bravery in
all of his judgments. The main justification for my support of him is that he has been a productive
member during his periods. Because of the incredible character strength that Uzair has displayed
throughout his journey, I am writing this letter to him on his behalf.

The qualities of a good leader include striving for excellence in everything he does, having the courage
to take risks, being able to overcome obstacles, and being completely self-aware. He is a perfect
example of what AIESEC does to a young person because of who he has become over the past 10
months. I therefore have the utmost confidence in his abilities and am eager to see what he
accomplishes with his aspirations for the Entity.

I firmly, wholeheartedly recommend Uzair Khan for this position because I am confident that he will be
the ideal fit for what lies ahead.
