Dear Parents,

Subject: Request regarding payment of outstanding dues.

You are aware that New Digamber Public School, being an unaided school, is entirely dependent
on the school fees for its operational expenses, payments of salaries to staff etc.

On our part, we are fully committed to providing an outstanding education to your children for their
future success.

We are pleased to inform you that there have been numerous achievements of our students in
Academics, Sports and Cultural activities since the beginning of the Academic year. These
achievements are so many that we can’t mention these here.

At the institutional level also, your school has been recognized at the national level by being ranked
among the Top 10 in India in the prestigious Education World Grand Jury Rankings, as well as
numerous other accolades. All these would have not been possible without your support as parents.

However in order to deliver high quality education to your children we earnestly request your
cooperation by the timely payment of fees so that the operations of the school are not affected.

As you are aware the fee of the Fourth Term of the academic year 2022-23 is due from the
20th December 2022 and the last date for the payment is 5th January 2023. We also request you to
make immediate payment of outstanding dues of previous terms, if any, as we are already coming
to the close of the Academic Year.

Please ignore the message regarding the outstanding dues if they have already been paid.
