INTRODUCTION:

This course, the National Service Training Program (NSTP) under the Republic Act 9163 known as the National
Service Training Program Act of 2001 which refers to "programs of activities contributory to the general wel-
fare and betterment of life for the members of the community or the enhancement of its facilities, especially
those devoted to improving health, education, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and moral of the
citizenry. Through this course, we will become aware and practice The findings of the study suggest that NSTP
courses are effective and they influenced the self-improvement, performance, community involvement, and
demonstration of abilities and skills of the students to an extent. NSTP beneficial to the students. Its main objec-
tive is to train and teach students to acquire various principles that will be helpful in the development of their
life and the community. This program is so beneficial for it is one way for the students to learn and train to be-
come well-disciplined and effective.

The purpose of this program is to recognize the Youth’s vital role in nation-building, promote consciousness
among youth and develop their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being. It shall inculcate in
the youth patriotism, nationalism, and advance their involvement in public and civic affairs. As such, it aims to
encourage the youth to become civic and/or military leaders and volunteers whom could be called upon by the
nation in cases their services are needed. Community immersion learning fulfills many of the school’s goals for
students becoming involved citizens, learning through worthwhile tasks, and developing leadership and Pro-
gram of Project Implementation, and Termination of the Project. Community immersion allows individuals who
are not familiar with the people and communities where they will work immerse themselves in these settings.
This gives them the opportunity to reflect on their assumptions, attitudes, and the knowledge base of their pro-
fession and to gain cultural competence.

I am Noilyn Mae I. Nucup 21 years old I’m a Education Student pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education
Major in Filipino (BSED-FILIPINO) at Mabalacat City college. I will be conducting a Community Immersion
program in our community. Where the program that I wanted to conduct in our barangay I have two community
immersions the first I conduct is the clean up drive and the last one is feeding program. Far for me or is not re-
lated in my course but in NSTP 2 the focus in this is how to connect or participate in your community the pro-
gram that I conduct but it was fun to communicate or to develop our realization and understanding of the differ-
ent community concerns.

By doing a community immersion is my honored to be part of the program by cooperate my community it is do-
ing well by serve my community its not easy to do but it is fun when I going the task while I cleaning the street
you fight fatigue and sweat to help or do immersion and also to communicate and bonding the children in street
by giving them and talk there is inspirational and motivate you on how to better person they are very kind, they
are polite when they counter us with my same student.

Essay:

1. How do managers develop the skills, roles and competencies needed to effectively perform their work?

By strengthening decision making to have an impact on our skills for work Be a better communicator to expand
our communication with workers, further improve communication skills and know the movements of each
worker. Managing is extremely essential thanks to it is the understructure of business. A efficacious administra-
tion aptitudes authorize the administration come after and carry through objectives that’s reason superintendents
are aiming to exaggerate their skill. They highly-developed it nailed down their experience’s patch working as
administrator nailed down their achiever and misapprehensions thanks to I be credulous that we testament be-
come versed from our non-performances and application them to be remolded better. And The skill to assess
competencies and determine skill gaps is important because it allows organizations to better manage individual
and team performance. For developing and improving training programmes , knowing which managerial com-
petencies are important for different managerial functions is important.

2. List down 5 Leaders that you admire the most. What are their attributes as a Leader?

The five leaders that I admire the most is Ferdinand “ Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos Jr. Is the former sena-
tor of the Philippines is a Filipino politician who served as a senator from 2010 to 2016. Is a one of the good
leader in government because his electoral journey has allowed him to served position in both the executive
and legistative branches of government. Even if he is not president or vice president his principle is to help the
people and fight for human rights that his goal is to stand up and fight for the Philippines and second that I ad-
mire is Vicente “Tito” Castelo Sotto III is a Filipino politician and television presenter serving as the 29 th Sen-
ate President of the Philippines since 2018. Sotto is the most senior member of the chamber, having been a sen-
ator for two decades. He has also served 9 Senate presidents. He headed the Dangerous Drugs Board. With his
long stay in the Senate – from 1992 to 2004 and 2010 to present this a some of the bills that he passed into law.
And the one of significant that passed the law is the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Republic
Act 9165), which serves as the government’s framework in battling illegal drugs. And he is fight the rights and
serve the Philippines. And the third leader that I admire is Senator Grace Poe is a great woman. She was a com-
petitor. She was inspired by his father and now, she is a woman who stands with other senators, the president
and other officials. She not only thinks about herself but also her people. She also makes the economy better
than our current president Duterte. And she is portraying herself as a public servant determined to serve the Fil -
ipino people and to rise above the corruption and cronyism that has been known to plague Philippine politics.
And the fourth leaders I admire is Maria Leonor “Leni” Gerona Robredo is a Filipino lawyer, politician, and

social activist who is the 14th and incumbent vice president of the Philippines. She has been praised for leading
quick, effective, and inclusive pandemic relief drives despite her office’s low annual budget. She also initiated
anti-poverty and housing initiatives, with the help of the private sector. Even though she is not president in the
higher governing body, she is one of those who fight for the rights of every citizen. The last one that I admire as
a leader is Pope Francis born Jorge Mario Bergoglio. 17 December 1936) is the head of the Catholic Church
and sovereign of the Vatican City State since 2013. Francis is the first pope to be a member of the Society of Je-
sus, the first from the Americas, the first from the Southern Hemisphere, and the first pope from outside Europe
since Gregory III, a Syrian who reigned in the 8 th century. And his emphasizes objectivity as he discusses rele-
vant problems without appearing to be the arguer. No matter what party one follows, the pope is admired as a
role model in the public eye for his non-partisanship. Francis’ main objective is to help everybody, which is why
I respect him. And Pope Francis was at the forefront of the spread of Catholicism throughout the world.

3. Differentiate Bosses from Leaders?

Here’s a few similarities between the boss and a leader to make you know boss has employees, although a
leader has followers. A boss manages and leads from those of a place of fear, which for a leader changes and in -
spires from a place of confidence. A boss earns respect based on his position or age, however a leader earns re-
spect for himself based on his actions, kindness, and confidence. A boss manages their employees, while a
leader inspires them to innovate, think creatively, and strive for perfection. Every team has a boss, but what peo-
ple need is a leader who will help them achieve greatness. A leader is a person who leads, inspires, and moti -
vates his or her constituents in any aspect. While the Boss is the owner. Leader is the one who leads their teams
and they know on how to make things to do. And the boss is in charge In worker.

4. Describe any experience or any scenario in school or at work of you being a leader?

I remember when I was grade 8 my teacher said to me that I’m a leader I’m little nervous that they but I do my
responsibility to may members to do the task . It’s difficult but when you passionate and focus on what you
want or a goal you need to focus that task that given to you and as much as possible I do the task I considered
my self a leader I honestly considered myself to be an amvibert person in school. I often used to be a follower
or adherent in class, when it comes to the given task that was given to me, I always do my best and my part as a
leader. No matter how hard life is, as long as I take responsibility, communicate, and guide my team in order for
them to acknowledge the task. There will be a division of the task so that they will excel at required tasks with,
of course, the guidance. As a leader there is something you should know and that is listening to your teammates
so that you can understand each other and speed up or you can do what you want to do there was a time when I
was high school let’s go back look I was made a leader for me very That’s a big deal, it’s not easy to be a leader,
it’s very hard, especially if you do what you’re asked to do.

5. What kind of leadership would you like to apply in your community?

If I’m the controller in our agreement I would according to manipulate to our agreement is respect, homoge-
neousness thanks to if thither is a agreement of respectfulness and unity, our agreement testament be advanta-
geously and naturally it testament be a first-class representation in over-the-counter community, furthermore I
manipulate Peace a compatibility in our agreement thanks to are extremely far-reaching for the continuance of
mankind. It encourages the successfulness and exploitation of the nation., so that homogeneousness is ex-
tremely far-reaching at every transaction in our life. General public who become versed the grandness of staying
united, their get-up-and-go testament be well-chosen in every transaction of life. Having a unity the community
will also benefit that we stand for something good in that I want having a unity the community will also benefit
that we stand for something good in that I want to my community is having action in every situation. The first
thing to do in my community is to implement cleaning in my area the garbage is in a dry container to clean up
driving on the roads I will also plant tree planting so that if there is a disaster everyone is ready to carry it out I
will notify my citizens that we will have a meeting so that they know what I want to do in my community.

6. Do you see yourself being a leader in your community in the future? Why? Why not?

I want to see myself serving my community or barangay if I am lucky enough to be a leader. And as a leader in
my community because I want to improve, develop, and learn a lot of things, and they must be target for our
community to prosper and be peaceful, and they must also comply with the rules for a community to operate
properly, and our community should have empathy, inspire our members, have strong communication skills, and
pride in their community. Club leadership are problem solvers who solicit the support of all members of their
institution. They encourage people to interact in order to reach a common goal. They are achievers when it
come to building the maker of things.

REFLECTION:
In this module, we will look at how you can apply your leadership skills in any situation, such as how you will
manage your leadership in your community or country, and we will also bring up and include great leaders or
what the nature of a leader is and what he has done, if you have prior leadership experience. I try to be a leader
in our school, but it’s difficult because you can’t be successful unless you work together. You have to manage or
assign your members what they will do, and I take all of their suggestions and you agree, and that’s how you
can be effective. And you do what you want, and we work together to complete our objective, and that was my
first leadership experience. To be an effective leader, you must take responsibility for your actions, listen to oth-
ers’ suggestions, and maintain good control over your members at all times. You must also believe in yourself.
As a leader, you have a role or power to extend or accomplish what you do or your goal as a leader. Your goal as
a leader should be to have unity among the members of your group. You also have an effective leader.

1. Think about family composition (i.e., makeup) from 1960 to 2014 using the bar graph above. Can you
predict what the family structure will be like in 2030? What variables might influence family structure
going forward?

Using the shown in the graph, through 2030, the percentage of first marriage frames in that Family graph will
be less likely to continue the same; but even so, the single parent graph will be less likely to increase. One of the
many factors for it is unwanted pregnancies; being young and ignorant about just how things work in this world
led directly to them being female. Their partner had abandoned her, that will unfortunately results in the chil-
dren having neglected. The life of a family will have a good future but some of them or some of the family are
separating because their marriage did not grow but mostly it will happen if a predict in 2030 some of them have
doubts now a days having a family or build a family there is an obstacle if this family will be ok but I think it
will happen many now have a family because they want it when you look at the percentage or graph.

Our family can be described as happy, but sometimes sad, because the worries of the Past are eventually dis -
persing. However, it has been three years since my brother died of a disease; we are sad that he died, but we are
happy wherever he is. However, there are good times now, even if there are fights; we get together to talk about
how to work some of the issues in our family; they support us so we can survive; and, most importantly, they
support us so we can survive. We are a family, and my mother is a wonderful mother who has always been very
supportive of all of us since I was a child because they worked so hard to provide us with a good life, and my
mother is my superhero, a wonder woman for me despite the problems she is always there for us, and I love my
mother, and my father is very supportive when it comes to money they give us because he works for the sake of
our family, and I love my father, and I have three siblings, my oldest brother is Nathaniel Nucup and my eldest
sister is Nikka Mae Nucup and followed by me Noilyn Mae Nucup and my youngest sister is Neriza Mae Nu-
cup. We supporting my family for giving them a good life.

3. Explain further the following statements:

a. The family is the basic unit of society?

The family is the basic unit of society because every child starts to learn to say
Words in the family. The family is the first to produce life support, to bind the
Individuals to a social group, and to socialize the individual for participation even
Outside the primary group. Growing up, marriage, child rearing, and the individual’s
Most intense attachments and conflicts usually appear inside. And it’s a strong social unit because it gives love,
hope, and a strong need that we have today. And because, with God’s help, the world is genuinely amazing. Ev-
ery facet of life, such as a person’s attitude/behavior, knowledge, and sentiments, begins and grows in the fam-
ily. Families are the most important social unit on which society is built, but marriage and family are deeply
linked. The economy, government, and religion are features of social institutions. And family is the basic unit of
society it is the wellspring of strength and stability of a community and nation of the responsible parenthood is
the ability and shared responsibility of husband and wife to provide for and fulfill the aspirations of the children
and the family.

b. The family is the primary educator of the community?

Family is a primary educator of the community because they learn the facts of the parents and also the children
nurture and educate first inside the family. The basic duty of the family is to secure society’s survival, both
physiologically and socially, through procreation and socialization. The major aim of the family, according to
the parents, is procreation: the family’s primary function is to create and socialize children. The ideal family ful-
fills several societal functions. It socializes children, offers practical and emotional assistance to its members,
regulates sexual reproduction, and gives them a sense of belonging. Families have a critical role in social devel -
opment as basic and essential building blocks of societies. They are primarily responsible for children’s educa-
tion and socialization, as well as imparting citizenship and belonging ideals in society. Families have a signifi-
cant role in social development since they are the significant and important fundamental units of society. They
are primarily responsible for children’s education and socialization, as well as imparting citizenship and inclu-
sion ideas in society. Rules might make it easier for everyone else in your family to get along. They contribute
to a happier and more harmonious family life.

4. How do you spend your family time?

This time of pandemic, our family has created a lot of bonding by eating lunch together, going to celebrate
birthdays by having a party in the house because we are not supposed to go outside, and by helping each other
watch movies together. But perhaps the most important thing for me is that we are helping each other on the
household chores and we will just stay at home because it is dangerous outside, so we’ll just cook a meal and
we will be ok. Also, I wanted to spend time with my family, especially if we have free time, by having a movie
night. By get together like watching tv that the most we spend together, I enjoy spending time with my family
because they bring me joy and help me forget all my worries. Because I’m happy with them and they also re-

lieve my stress, I should be grateful that I have parents who support and stay for me. Because your family is the
best gift you can give, you should care for, protect, and spend time with them. I am thrilled and overjoyed to
sense the softness of happiness and other emotions that I used to feel in my family returning to me. Spending
quality time with your family will help you deepen your bonds. Children, in particular, want a sense of belong-
ing. Spending time with your family will make each individual feel like they are a part of something wonderful.

REFLECTION:
In this module, we will identify family structure and composition as a unit of our community. A family setting is
important because it gives the parties involved a sense of belonging. The children are the ones that benefit the
most because they feel loved and accepted. This has a big impact on their emotional, social, and behavioral
growth. Because when this structure fails or becomes anxious, family members become unsteady. Everyone is
reliant on one another, and no one can solve problems that are hidden. Family is the most influential factor in a
child’s existence. Children rely on their parents and family to protect them and cater for their needs from the
moment they are born. They act as a child’s first teachers. They serve as role models for how to operate and en-
gage with the world around them And the family is society’s smallest unit, one that we may overlook at times.
Family is a group of people who, regardless of whether they are related or not, provide unconditional love,
safety, and support. There are no two families alike. Each person has their own set of values, customs, and inter-
ests. And how we bond or get close in our families, as well as how essential family is to our society and how to
deal with people or our family

REFLECTION:
In this module, we learn about the society or community, as well as the structure of all officials in our barangay,
and we conduct previous projects in our barangay based on my observations in our town or barangay: every
tanod and kapitan are working together and being alert to do their work, and if people need help to solve any
problem, people in our barangay take action, and every barangay tanod separates every street to Our officials in
our barangay at our location have several programs and projects in place to preserve and help our people. The
Barangay serves as the principal planning and implementing unit as the basic political unit. The Barangay, as
the community’s basic political unit, serves as the primary planning and implementing unit for government poli-
cies, plans, programs, projects, and activities, as well as a forum where the people’s collective views can be ex-
pressed, crystallized, and considered, and where disputes can be solved quickly. When I go to our barangay, the
people or the officials are very kind. They serve their jurisdiction and the projects program is implemented, and
the program of our barangay will continue with the help of SK officials or the sangguniang kabataan and the
chairman. And their platform will imply and demonstrate that.

person or the “punong barangay” every Sunday they visit the children in any street in Barangay San Pedro and
motorcycle that they use in giving a free soup for the children.

When I arrived in San Pedro, I was happy to be there because, it’s also not new to give food or services to chil-
dren, this is the first time I am helped my community or our people. We go to different streets in our barangay
every Sunday they do it every morning and we are just on a tricycle while giving free soup to children our first
stop on the streets not far from our barangay all the children are coming to us expect we have already eaten. You
can see the children’s joy when they approach one by one to ask or get their food or soup. Of course, our pa -
tience must advance because sometimes the children are ashamed so they get or so their little siblings are
snatched because he is the brother who took the food so they cried, but we use our patience to keep quiet and
just give it a try and tell them not to fight. As we continue to provide for more children, we must also provide
for them.

We go to different streets and the reception is the same, but it can be seen in the children that they are very
happy that even if they are given., they can see on their eyes the joy that even though they are happy and pass-
ing their hunger in the morning if you just see them they are very kind. As a person who took a picture of them
each picture you can really see them very fun I never get tired of giving and painting them for I shouldn’t get
tired of giving and painting them for. Because people nowadays can clearly perceive that services are lacking or
that food is not being provided to them, specifically children, the feeding program strives to supply food to
them, particular the soup of food. I didn’t mind being exhausted from the heat while I was there as long as I
could only serve the youngsters we met. Because, as you can see from my face, their meal is great every morn-
ing, while other youngsters will have to wait for something to eat in the morning just to be satisfied. The lesson
I took up from this is that we should be grateful for just about everything we receive. However, you must be
grateful to don’t complaint anything at the end of the day. Every time we come to a stop on a different road or
street, we witness a large number of children approaching us, carried by their parents, who will be on their way
to our destination. The use of social distancing and facemasks can be seen in the image of my photo, but as the
number of children on the road with their parents grew, I told them not to stick together because the case in our
country has not subsided, but the barangay leaders have not recorded that there are covid cases, so the feeding
program must continue.

We didn’t let the children handle the free soup because it was still hot when they were given it because it was
still hot. Because it would cause a burn. Because it would burn up and they would drop it They came their indi-
vidual containers to ask for free porridge, and despite the fact that it was raining that day, we did not delay our
giving because we were just arriving and the rain was gradually dripping, but we were hesitant to give the por-
ridge to them. The rain had lessened by the time we arrived at our last location, and the children had arrived
barefoot because they were delighted to eat free porridge, but they had treated us nicely. They welcomed us
warmly on every block we passed. Before it was all finished, I expressed my gratitude to people who had as -
sisted me, and they accepted me and advised me before I began to join them. I’ll bury them both. I’ll bury our
lesson to me that helping others is unmatched and unpaid, but your passion for doing this is unmatched and un-
paid.

I can say that the day that I do the program that I chose and the experience is awesome; on the contrary, I be-
lieve that the children are naughty and messy, but they are not; they are loving, respectful of me and all of us,
but in my experience, serving the children is so much fun. Because when I serve the children, I don’t feel ner -
vous about it. Because I’m a good server, I don’t believe it’s a negative thing that they know who we are. When
you serve, especially the children you serve, passion and love take precedence over tired work. You will feel

better when you serve them. And interacting with you has been one of the most remarkable experiences of my
life. And interacting with children you don’t know and giving them food is one of my life’s most memorable ex-
periences.

REFLECTION
We learned about helping people in our community in this module. Community immersion allows people who
are unfamiliar with the people and communities where they will work to immerse themselves in these set -
tings. This allows them to reflect on their assumptions, attitudes, and professional knowledge base, as well as
build cultural competency. And one of the programs that I enter in my community or barangay is a feeding pro-
gram. Before I ran it or did it, I used to want to help or join the program, and this was my chance to do so, but
it didn’t happen. I was happy when I did or served the children because they actually connected with them,
even if it was only once. They were really pleasant with me, and I didn’t forget it. You will feel their presence
that you welcome in a short time, and to be honest, it is not easy for me to accomplish it because it is ex -
tremely hot and raining. But it’s fine for the kids because they are so charming that even if they don’t know
each other, it appears as if they have a special bond that you can’t explain. When I serve them, they are smil-
ing, which is why you can’t forget even for a moment or an day you get the feeling that they thank you for
serving them.

INTRODUCTION

A project is a single, well-defined endeavor. A program is a set of tasks that, when put together, represent a co-
hesive unit of work. The various projects compliment one another and help the program achieve its overall
goals. Feeding program and clean-up drive are two of the programs and projects that we do in our community.
The programs that we do are all about nature also the focus of the Clean-Up Drive is to increase environmental
awareness in various communities. Encourage waste reduction, recycling, and reuse, as well as raise public
knowledge about waste management and environmental issues, as well as giving the children food and giving
the goodness in our community to motivate advancement in new development in our community.

The program we will do on April 10 to 11 2022 is the clean up drive, which start at 8:30 a.m. until after 10 a.m.
and I will attend at 7:00 a.m. in cleanup program in our community in Barangay Malonzo. The other day is the
feeding program, which will start at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and I will attend at 4 p.m. to prepare myself for
giving food to the children and adults. Beneficiaries of the program will be The children to have more healthy.

The main objective of this program and programs is to raise public awareness about the relation between health
and the environment. The objective of the feeding program is to keep the children healthy so that they will not
be afflicted by disease right away, and so that they will be able to study properly and wonderfully, and they are
the bow and energetic for the children and also to Empower them and provide them with healthy nutrition, with
the goal of assisting them in achieving a brighter future.

A cleanup can also develop a feeling of connection and responsibility for keeping our homes and public spaces
safe and clean. Visible outcomes may encourage community members’ interest and involvement in waste and
food waste reduction and environmental protection. By coordinating and assisting with the barangay clean-up
drive. Also, it contains suggestions for how to improve community cleaning activities. And it also gives a im-
portance of having a good cooperation and goal on the community service in Barangay.

Narrative & photo documentation report

First and foremost, doing or assisting in the community immersion is an honor for me. It was my first time to
assist and clean, and it is a difficult task because a barangay will clean and sweep you. Before we cleaned, we
waited for the others to start cleaning, and the SK chairman divided us on different streets. You have to be pre-
pared when you go to that place, so I prepare there are things when I go in that place, I’m excited because that’s
my first time in community immersion, before we cleaned, we waited for the others to start cleaning, and the
SK chairman divided us on different streets. It’s hot when I start the task, but my teammate is great. I help a lot
with sweeping, and you have to endure the heat of the sun for a long time, but the most important part of the
task in my community immersion is the experience and to help on how to take care of nature simply by helping
and cleaning our nature. Every time I try to serve our community, I sweep different street and You can see the
clutter in the grenades or the exits of dirt or garbage, and we got a lot of it, so I piled it on the sides of the
houses or the side of the house, and you can see the difference when it’s cleaned; I don’t miss any clutter or
garbage, so I don’t want to enrich the people with garbage. By helping other people and giving a service and
also it can helps our nature and also to showcase and to represent our implement the community program.

When I went there the other day for the feeding program, many children were waiting outside because they
were waiting for us to give food. The first thing we did was make soup or soup in the stario one by one and then
we prepared the water for them and put it on a tray after we put it and we prepared it for them not only the chil-
dren but also the adults or the adults. But we know that when children are hungry, they will return to fill their
stomachs. That is not what we want to do with them, so we continue to feed them. It is tiring but enjoyable to
serve them, especially when the children get tired because you can see how much they enjoy them. That is the
lesson, even if you are not there, waiting, or not, you must be grateful when you see their happiness of what
they eat. I was sad because this is the last time I will see them, but it is true even if only a limited time is given
to the children we helped. The smiles and excellent manners they show us can’t change it. And I give 100% so
that I can serve and talk to them serving the children is a pleasure because they are happy to give them and this
feeding program is important to the children because they can eat healthy at least once a week and they are
happy for there and that was a good lesson and I am happy to serve them.

REFLECTION

In this module, Community service is voluntary work that tries to assist people in a particular place. It could be
a once-a-week feeding program for malnourished children, a clean-up drive, or something else entirely. A once-
a-week feeding program for malnourished children aims to give them hope and happiness, which will have a
long-term impact on their lives. This project teaches kids how to be compassionate by recognizing the needs of
others, particularly the helpless. It will also inspire them to be of excellent service to the future generation,
which is why children are regarded as society’s greatest hope. I’m doing a community immersion, such as
projects and programs, and the reason I’m doing this is because we’re focusing on community growth and a
clean-up drive program. It is a community cleanup in which volunteers come together to clean, repair, and en-
hance public places or other areas such as vacant lots or abandoned properties that have been neglected and out
of the house Citizens can make immediate and long-lasting changes in their communities by engaging in clean-
ups. Clean-ups should serve as a catalyst for long-term reforms in waste refit can also develop a sense of be-
longing and responsibility for keeping our homes and public areas safe and clean. Visible outcomes may in-

crease community members’ interest and involvement in waste and food waste reduction and environmental
preservation in addition, It can also develop a sense of belonging and responsibility for keeping our homes and
public areas safe and clean. Visible outcomes may increase community members’ interest and involvement in
waste and food waste reduction and environmental preservation. In the feeding program involve delivering or
providing a meal or snack to beneficiaries, most of whom are children, and are frequently completed within a
set time frame. And also, the importance is to reduce the big percentage of malnutrition and because it is a great
help to keep children full and productive. The scarcity of nutrition food available for malnourished children
aims to give them hope and happiness, which will have a long-term impact on their lives. It demonstrates com-
passion for the helpless. This memories will definitely motivate them.
