existing set-ups and what ‫ر‬$56‫! ا‬7 829‫ أ‬: ‫ا;دة و‬

Quality of the air
‫ ا'اء‬5

Oxygen >19.6%
Carbon dioxide < 0.3%
Carbon monoxide <10ppm
Ammonia <10ppm
*Minimum ventilation must be increased if these parameters are not being met.
Relative humidity >< 45 –65 %
Air speed across birds after 28 days >< 1.8- 2.5 m/sec
**Air velocities over 2.5 m/sec is not economically feasible and results are unproven for performance advantages. During high
humidity there may be no other way to keep the birds cool. 3.0 m/sec is the maximum level.
