Aim of the project

The aim of this project is to explore and understand the talent management strategies being carry
out at Angels international College.

Objectives of the project

o To look up whether employees are satisfied with their job and the atmosphere around
them.
o To understand if the training process are beneficial to the employees or not.
o To know if the employees are getting basic facilities at the organization.
o To check out the behavior of the coordinators and supervisors to the other faculty.
o To measure the experience of faculty at the organization.

o Laptop
o Convenance
o Printed questionnaire

Limitations/ problems
o Discovered that some questions don’t get answered.
o Lack of time to carry out the survey during working hours of faculty
