Become a founding team member

for our new offering
As part of the embedded team, your role will be to partner with
and elevate some of the most exciting companies on the planet.
You'll do that by scaling their teams, strengthening their employer
brand and acting as a strategic advisor on their internal people
and talent strategies.
Your Role

What you'll be doing:

Managing end-to-end recruiting processes on behalf of
our clients across all functions
Sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping
Improving clients’ talent strategies
Coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes
and strategies
Strengthening and showcasing clients’ EVP
Helping with onboarding new starters where needed
