WORK EXPERIENCE

 9+ years of extensive experience comprising of extensive functional knowledge and


technical knowledge on Warehouse Management System (JDA WMS) and supply chain
& logistics domain and freight Management System.
 Having experience to seat on client locations for go lives project and working with
their problems and provide the good outputs.
 Working with Unilever, also worked with CEVA Logistics and DHL Supply Chain on
Matrix WMS solution, with their clients across the globe, for HCL Technologies.

Project Short Description: CEVA Logistics one of the world’s leading non-asset- based supply
chain management companies that design and implement industry-leading solutions in both
freight management and contract logistics. CEVA has different internal and global applications
including reporting application, which is a global application through which the clients get visibility
regarding their shipments; they can generate reports on daily basis or as per their requirement.
Front end is Asp.net and backend is PL/SQL through which the data comes in reports using
procedures and functions.
Description: Playing a role as a L2 Tech Support Engineer in Freight Management System and
Root cause analysis of the potential issues reported by the customers, providing solutions during
the code changes by deployment and some related issues.
Responsibilities:
 Worked on customer issue and provide them the exact resolution with RCA.
 Have Performed the Report issues and debug & anylising procedure, Views and SQL queries.
 Worked on KOFAX tool and process the documents from Kofax Tool to the application.
 Debug the dotnet code and fix the issues with developer
 Worked on BMC Remedy Tool and Change point ticket.
