    MORALLA, School Head, now as PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and
    ________________________, of legal age, resident of Brgy.
    _______________________, Alangalang, Leyte and PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.

    The SECOND PARTY agrees to do the following:

    1. GRASSCUTTING OF SCHOOL LAWN


    2. PRAWNING/CLEARING OF TREES/BANANAS
    3. GENERAL CLEANING OF SCHOOL GROUNDS

    The FIRST PARTY agrees to pay the Second Party in the amount of Two
    Thousand pesos only (P2,000.00) upon completion of the said work.
