GUEST ATTIRE POLICY

Benihana prides itself on creating an enjoyable, upscale dining experience for all of our guests.

To enhance the experience of all of our guests, we ask that you wear proper attire consistent with our
communal dining experience, which may include having young children seated at your table.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate
or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests.

Examples of unacceptable attire include:

• Flip flops, slippers, bare or sock feet (shoes, sneakers, or sandals must be worn at all times)
• Swimsuits/bathing suits; bathing suit cover ups
• Torn, ragged, soiled clothing or shoes; clothing emitting offensive odors
• Gym attire; jogging or biking shorts (leggings are permissible)
• Tank tops (sleeveless tops with straps less than 2” wide and a scooped neckline reaching 3”
below the sternum), spandex, sports bras, muscle shirts, body suits, tube or halter tops
• Clothing with offensive language and/or graphics
• Excessively revealing clothing; clothing made with offensive material (i.e., transparent)
• Exposed undergarments or lingerie
• Clothing which exposes inappropriate portions of the body such as string bikini tops, G-strings,
bikini bottoms, and skirts or shorts that do not cover one’s entire bottom when seated
• Adult costumes or clothing that can be viewed as a costume (children under age 9 are excluded)
